[mythtv-users] Use of PVR-350 card AND 2 x DVB Freeview cards

Hi,

I'm trying to understand how everything fits together in MythTV and have a
couple of simple questions (I hope). I've looked through the docs, FAQs,
mailing lists etc and can't see the answer so I thought I'd post to the
list.

My aim is to build a system with two DVB cards so I can watch one Freeview
channel and record from another at the same time. I had hoped to use a
Hauppauge PVR-350 card to reduce system CPU requirements.

Q1. How do most DVB cards exchange data with the output device, is it
across the PCI bus or through a cable that connects the DVB card to the
video card? If it's though a cable can some sort of splitter device be used
to link two input devices to one output device.

Q2. Has anyone used two DVB cards and a PVR-350 card in the same PC?
