[mythtv-users] performace (bt878, athlon xp 2400, radeon 9200)

I'm gettin poor performance on with a bt878 dumb capture card, athlon xp
2400 and radeon 9200;  video looks choppy, probably running 5-10
frames/second.  The radeon is running at vga resolution.  I think
capture is also running at 640x400.

Is lack of good XV support on the radeon my problem?
Can I capture/playback without compression?
