[mythtv-users] sound but no video

On at least one system, this sounds exactly the problem I had, as it
happened immediately after trying to use xine for watching DVDs using
mythtv[1].

Not sure about the other system (xine isn't installed), but I will
worry about that if the same problem occurs again.

Note:

[1] which was almost successful, but required plugging a mouse into
the computer to control it :-(, as the keyboard didn't work as
expected, and I couldn't find the remote control so I couldn't test
it. Is there some guide on how to setup xine to work with MythTV?
