Ok.  I used "Internal" for the player and get a black screen and neither 
my remote nor keyboard can get rid of it.  After killing the 
mythfrontend process, I see "MythThemedDialog.o: something is requesting 
a screen update of zero size.  A widget probably has not done a 
calculateScreenArea().  Will redraw the whole screen (inefficient!)."  3 
times in the console window.  I tried "Internal %s" and it just returns 
a "Internal: command not found" error in the console, but gives me the 
same black screen.
