     If you don't want to go through the trouble of installing
everything, knoppmyth is for you:

	http://mysettopbox.tv/

The only "downside" is that the full auto install will blow away the
ENTIRE hard disk (bye bye, windows ;-).  If you don't like this, you'll
have to do the manual install, which is not quick nor easy.

[ Also, the current version doesn't work with the PVR-250/350 out-of-the-
  box.  Although it's pretty easy to get them to work, you've got to
  look in the knoppmyth forums for instructions.  ]
