[mythtv-users] AverMedia M179 Firmware

	I'm close to having a working system with the M179 card.  Just curious 
what's special about the Hauppauge firmware, that it works (supposedly) 
for this card too.  I have a CD that came with the card for WinXP 
drivers.  Is there no point in attempting to grab the firmware out of 
these drivers for an AverMedia card?  If it did work, would this break 
things in a Mythtv box with two different types of cards?
