I should specify:
I have installed the kernel module (not through menuconfig, but from Gerd's
source package) and properly inserted it into ther kernel.
But when I try and record something, the video comes up as if it wasn't
properly tuned.
I think that this is because the tuner is incorrectly identified.

I need help turning the datasheet for the tuner:

Into a proper entry in tuner.c:
