Actually, there is a website http://www.shspvr.com/forum/ that is working to
not only provide a Linux based server (they have that working to a degree
already since the MediaMVP uses a modified VNC protocol to display
information) they are also working to modify the MediaMVP itself (which runs
linux) to support more protocols and media.
