Just remember the hardware can only play MPEG2 or MPEG1 videos. It can't
do MPEG4 or RTJPEG.

BTW: It is quite easy to add .nuv to the open source VDR mediamvp
program above and have it happily play back .nuvs with out symbolic
links.
