I'm not sure this is the same issue but there is one banding problem that is
solved by chaning inputs. Ie:
'test_ioctl -p <incorrect tuner>; sleep 5; test_ioctl -p <your correct tuner>'
I believe there are still a lot of us with that in our crontab :)
