Not necessarily.  If you've got some other hardware acceleration (like a
XvMC capabile card; nVidia) then that might give you enough juice.

With XvMC my CPU usage drops to almost nothing.

The lowest system I've used is a Celeron 366/GeForceMX 440 and it worked
fine with the PVR and XvMC.   But I have no idea if this particular setup
would work.  Is that Cyrix a Socket7 type system or something newer?
