[mythtv-users] DVI to HDTV issues

I've connected the DVI-out on my nVidia GeForce4 to a Sony KD-32HR500 TV.  I'm just trying to get a picture that's the right size in 640x480 although ultimately I'd like to try higher resolutions if possible.

My problem: I can't seem to get the picture to fill the tube.  I try one modeline in my XF86Config, it's a little too small (maybe 10% border around the picture).  I try another, and it's just a tad too big.  Suggestions?
