Just wondering, did you install/build the QT plugin for MySQL?

E.g. on my Mandrake system, I need to install
libqt3-mysql-3.3.3-26mdk.i586.rpm
<http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/Mandrakelinux/official/10.1/i586/media/main/libqt3-mysql-3.3.3-26mdk.i586.rpm>
to get that library.
