[mythtv-users] XMLTV, Frequency settings, Austrian cable

Hi,
My mythtv box is up and running (yippie!). I have followed Jarod's 
how-to (thank you very much for creating that: 
http://wilsonet.com/mythtv/fcmyth.php) in setting up everything on my 
server:

- AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1700+
- ASUS A7V-266e
- Geforce 440Ti
- Hauppauge PVR 350 (I am planning to put a PVR 250 in this box as well)
- 2x Samsung Spinmaster 160GB drives (for data)
- 1x Seagate 40GB (for the system, I am planning to put in another 
Seagate 40GB as a Raid)

- White Box Linux (Fedora Core 1)
- xmltv (tv_grab_de)

The only thing I do not understand (probably a newbie question), is how 
mythtv "knows" the channel frequencies. I have installed xmltv and 
updated the programs (which works fine, although I shall have to write a 
grabber for the austrian net, due to missing channels) but looking into 
the xml-file there is no information regarding frequency to be used. 
When doing a select on the channels table in the mythconverg-db I have a 
long list for all the channels, but these fields are empty: channum, 
freqid, icon, videofilters, tvformat, outputfilters. Any ideas what I am 
doing wrong?

Is there a better grabber for me to use and if so where do I get it from?

p.s. is there any thourogh information regarding the db-fields?
