Maybe I will give the 100z a try. Thanks for the offer of the tarball, but
100z is one of the few versions still available under the OLD/ directory
on CK's website, so I just grabbed it from there. I also noticed that 71d
was added to that directory this morning, apparently as a response to a
request that David sent to the ivtv list, so anybody that wants it can get
it from there.
