Have you only recently moved to the 2.6 branch, or have you been running it 
for a while. I have two video cards in my machine & even with the older 4363 
drivers, any attempt to run a 2.6.x kernel causes problems with 100% CPU load 
when trying to play back video on the second (PCI) card. There's no problem 
with the primary (AGP) card. Move to a 2.4.x kernel & no problems at all. 
I've seen reports of other people with the same problem, some with only one 
video card.
