In my case I also had to turn up the level for iGain. Otherwise no audio was recorded. It looks like you have to play with the mixer settings untill you get it right. What sound card is it anyway? My SBLive value has the volume for line-in all the way down (not muted) and set to record, and iGain slider is up to about 1/2 way.
