[mythtv-users] RE: MythTV freezing up all the time

Thanks for the tip on taking APIC out of the kernel. Thing works like a champ 
now. Discovered it was that and not my wireless NIC nor the wireless keyboard 
causing me problems. Looked for the opportunity this morning when I had 
nothing scheduled, and moved it into the living room where it belongs.

Because my wireless NIC is actually a USB device, my debian system doesn't 
seem to have the right start up sequence to have network access from a full 
bootup. I have to unplug the NIC, boot up, and typically wait somewhere 
around NIS services booting before I can plug it in and know the network is 
up. But that is for another list.

MythTV rocks! I love skipping over commercials!!  ;)
