[mythtv-users] black bar / mythgame

Hi folks, love my myth just have a couple of problems I haven't seen answers to;

a] black bar at bottom of screen, it's a 60" 4:3 TV using mx440 nvidia card, no need to modify my .55 overscan every other place is already 'over.'

b] half frames every now and then on live or recorded 640x480 or 480x480,  sure is eye catching.

c] okay so I think I messed up mythgame...I only have mame games, execute xmame.SDL.  the games were organized funny so I changed it to sort by game name only, this 'works' but can't start any games, tried every key.  so I changed to year gamename, and genre gamename, both cause segfault core dumps when trying to start game.....help!
