[mythtv-users] newbie - can't get it to work (mdk 9.1, pvr250, nxtvepg), no channel (switzerland)

i booted into windows and started the wintv app, choosed a channel, quit and
rebooted into mandrake. then i tried "cat /dev..." again. but no 
success. should
it work then? i want to evaluate if the driver work...
