[mythtv-users] MythWeb 0.11 and XMLTV time offset

Good day.

I am sure this is a FAQ, however, I have not been able to find such
through verious google searches if it is!

I am finding that the programme listings shown by mythweb are advanced one
hour from the true local time of the shows. This is not the case in
mythtv's programme listing - only in mythweb.

The xmltv offset has been defined in the mythtv setup screens currently as
auto, however, I had previously had it set to explicitly one hour.
Neither alters the times returned by mythweb.

When then viewing the "scheduled recording" list with mythweb, the times
shown are different again. Now they appear to be GMT(+dst offset) and not
local time, although they are still rendered in local representation
format.

Here is a specific example. This morning I select to record Hawaii
Five-O from the broadcast TV listings. It airs locally at 0800 CDT. The
mythweb programme listing shows it as airing at 0900. Having instructed
myth to record the show, it appears in the scheduled recordings list as
starting at 2:00pm (1400).  0800 CDT == 0700 CST == 1300 GMT, but add back
the one hour DST offset == 1400.

Interesting, huh?

Submitting a request through the web interface causes a recording job to
be scheduled for the correct time, so it is evidently just a time display
issue, however, it is rather disconerting!

I had noticed similar behaviour under rel 0.10 as well but assumed that it
would have been corrected by now!
