Thanks for the info!     I'm not planning on getting anything right away,
but it sounds like it should be pretty slick once the problems are ironed
out.    I love my PVR-250 (Freestyle), but the TV-Out on the Pundit (or
really any VGA card) leaves something to be desired.    At times it can be
jumpy and/or flickery during horizontal panning, most likely due to the
deinterlacing that occurs in the process.

Eventually, I'm thinking that a PVR-350 might make a great addition to my
Freestyle card.  That way I'll have 2 tuners, both with hardware encoding,
plus the PVR-350 for hardware-assisted playback.
