Yes, you need to use nuvexport, unless you have a PVR-x50.  If you do have a 
PVR-x50, then DON'T transcode the files; leave them as MPEG-2 .nuv files, 
copy them to your Windows box and rename them as .mpeg files.  If you've 
already transcoded you PVR-x50 files down to Myth's .nuv MPEG-4, then you'll 
have to use nuvexport to DivX.
