Ive tried with i845GV motherboard and Celeron 2.6, no success 
->framedrop with mytv, Im going to try with transcoder too.

Any, read recommendation on hw pages: Min. PentiumII 450Mhz, 64MB Ram, 
CD-rom, CD /DVD burner for creating video CDs/DVDs, Soundcard, 
DirectDraw VGA card (PCI or AGP). So any modern hw will do, even VIA 
EPIA either.
