[mythtv-users] update database from 0.7 to 0.9.1

Howdy folks, been away from the MythTV fold for a while. Just fired up 0.7 
for the first time in like 4 months or so and lo and behold it works.

Anyhow, just compiling 0.91 and reading throught the upgrade doc and it says 
apply the 0.7 to 0.8 database upgrade, it doesn't mention going to 0.9.1 
however there is a 0-8-to-0-9.sql file in the database directory, do I apply 
the 0.7 to 0.8 and then the 0.9 or is there an easier way?
