[mythtv-users] Setup advice

I am a still confused about the setup. Currently:

- My cable box goes into my VCR. From the VCR, the sound goes to my
reciever, and the coaxial output goes straight to the TV.

With a MythTV box, with a Win TV card (if I were to do it this way), would
it be this setup:

- Cable goes into the MythTV box's Win TV Card RF input. From there, the
sound goes to the receiver, and the S-video from the video card goes to
the TV?

My TV doesn't have S-video inputs, but just one RF input. Could I use a
modulator to convert the S-video to the RF? With this, possibly:
