Hi all,

Please excuse me if this has been covered before.  I've just started 
looking into MythTV and I didn't see it in the archives.

Is this something that mythTV developers have looked into?  Are there 
alternatives?  Anyone suspicious that this will become a subscription 
service as soon as critical mass has been established?

I saw this on the windows commercial product, showshifter, web site:
     http://www.showshifter.com/features/epg.htm
along with free guides for other countries.
