Back in the day the setup program was text-only.  I'm not sure I 
understand the choice to move to a GUI setup for backend information.  I 
would think the backend setup would be text-only (at least have an 
option for text-only) and front-end setup in the GUI as it is.  Perhaps 
in the mythtv/setup/ dir have a 'setup' and 'setupgui' for two different 
methods of accessing the backend setup procedure.  Kinda like the 'make 
config' and 'make xconfig' choices we get with the linux kernel.
