[mythtv-users] problem using mythtv with xinerama - new behaviour!

This is something that broke when everything got moved to one window 
(someone accidentally left some positioning code in to offset the 
buttons from when everything ran in multiple windows?).  I've been working 
around this byt telling it to use xinerama screen 0 and then manually 
specifying the GUI offset of the screen it should appear on - works ok 
like that.
