[mythtv-users] Any graphics cards support interlaced TV-out?

I've got a Pundit MythTV system, and it works pretty well.
The one gripe I have with it is the onboard SIS TV-Out. The TV-out chip
does a conversion of the the input signal from interlaced to progressive.
This means that I have to use software deinterlacing to make it look good
on the TV. Well, my other gripe is that the CPU usage seems a bit high
when watching TV (probably due to poor XV support), but it's not more than
my Celeron 2.2GHz can handle.

I know a lot of users seem to be happy with the nVidia line of cards. Does
the TV-out on these cards support "true" interlaced output? Or is my
best bet to get some sort of external VGA -> TV converter that will retain
the video interlacing.

Thanks!
