I think you missed my point. Xinerama doesn't add any
value to the scenario you described, so in my opinion
it's not the right tool for the job. Unless you intend
to drag windows between your desktop and your TV,
there's no reason to use xinerama here.  You mentioned
the desktop will be used by other people while you're
using Myth on the TV -- are you going to allow
everyone share your desktop session? Wouldn't it be
better if you set it up so everyone could run their
own desktop/WM, without having to kill & restart
mythfrontend every time someone else wants a turn on
the desktop?
