Have you tried unmuting the sound ... test_ioctl -y mute=0; test_ioctl
-y volume=60000

I had Mythtv 0.12 working perfectly under Mandrake 9.1.  I have recently
nuked 9.1 and put on 9.2.  However, now I can get a picture, but there
is
no sound.  The sound works perfectly in other apps like mplayer, xmms.
My sound card is an Sound Blaster live and I have the PVR-250.  The
PVR-250 works fine in windows using the built in software.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,
