As others have noted, bitrate determines file size. However, if your new 
player can't play 480x480, perhaps it can play 352x480. Since 352x480 is a 
standard DVD resolution, it's likely to be able to work fine as long as it 
can recognize whatever type of disc format you wrap it in. (SVCD, CVD, DVD)
