The size of the file is not dependent on the resolution, but on the
bitrate. 2500-4000 means 2500-4000 K per second of recording,
regardless of the res. Thus, a 2500-4000 720x480 may be of lower
overall quality than a 2500-400 480x480, as it requires more
compression. There is a fine balance between res and bitrate, and I
have yet to find just the right combo :)
