[Mythtv-soc] MythUI Migration: Status Report 6/2/2006

Heya,

This week:
-Battle with new Tuner card, wish I hadn't spent so much time working on 
getting the ivtv-0.6.2 working (with a 2.6.16.16 kernel), took verry 
little time to get setup with ivtv-0.4.2 (on a 2.6.15.1).
-Continued my exploration of libmythui and other related files.
-Continued tinkering with existing screens, libraries and themes.
-Started making a test screen from the ground up, for educational purposes.
-Started evaluating approaches to code management (weather or not to try 
to keep my patches current against head, or simple apply a minimal 
number patches from head to my branch).

Next week:
-Continue my exploration of libmythui and other related files.
-Continue tinkering with existing screens, libraries and themes.
-Continue evaluating approaches to code management.
-Finish making the test screen.
-Decide on preliminary ordering of screen conversion.
-Start migrating existing screens to libmythui.
