[mythtv] CMake

Hello all,

I have not yet tried the new CMake based build system and I have a few 
questions (mostly for David Hampton, but anyone can chime in):

 1. When is it intended to replace configure?
 2. How do you uninstall the installed programs?
 3. Is there a way to only build, but not install, the plugins?
 4. Can you build but not install the project?  (e.g. when making
    further changes to the code while running a test with different
    changes.)
 5. Is there an easy way to specify additional compiler flags?
