Maybe that url is blocked? The theme zips seem to be working OK.

For example for 32 fixes :-

http://themes.mythtv.org/themes/repository/32/themes.zip

and for master v33 :-

http://themes.mythtv.org/themes/repository/trunk/themes.zip
