causes for me subtle problem with FE/BE communication after long FE sleep (if media monitor is disabled).
Spent over week to track  this issue :-)

Scenario:

-user put FE into sleep (S3 suspend-to-ram)
-after long enough seep (2..3h) user wakeup FE
-immediate pressing LiveTV gives „All tuners busy”
