[mythtv] ProgDetails: Replacing the qtwebkit code with a 'info' buttonlist (attn: Roger)

Hi Roger,

The method used to display image details in the new image gallery should
work very well for displaying program details.  Since qtwebkit is
deprecated, I am thinking about going that route.

Looking at the InfoList class in galleryinfo.h, there is not that much that
is specific to images.  What do you think about making that a base class,
which can then be used for both galleryinfo as well as programdetails?
