[mythtv] MythTV Python bindings on pypi

Howdy,

It doesn't look like the bindings are available in pypi.  Just curious if
there was any reason why not?  I imagine it is either that perhaps it
hasn't scratched someones itch or maybe due to the external dependencies

I was hoping to use them in combination with another project (
http://www.home-assistant.io ).
