Sorry, yes.  I was thinking the problem is that the recordings won't 
play back in MythTV (yes, I know it's in the title of the ticket - I 
just didn't re-read it!).

That would explain why more people haven't complained.

Hopefully the patch I attached to the ticket will fix the problem and I 
can submit it.
