ls -ltr
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 0 Jul 5 01:17
10038_20140704231759.mpg (first time tuning)
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 32334120 Jul 5 01:18 10038_20140704231800.mpg
(within a second later a correct file is created)
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 45848534 Jul 5 01:20 10039_20140704232010.mpg
(same mplex, no empty file)
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 0 Jul 5 01:23
10020_20140704232313.mpg (other mplex, empty file)
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 54483643 Jul 5 01:23 10020_20140704232393.mpg
(within a second later a correct file is created)

So you are saying this is normal?

Viewing LiveTV works fine, although I have very small audio/video hickups at
1/1.5 second, which I thought could be caused by the time used to create the
extra file.
I use LiveTV rarely, just thought as you are so deep in the code right now,
that you might have an idea.

Only file?
