True enough.  But the currently preferred cure (make it hard for everyone
and even impossible for some) is far worse than that disease.

A link to the proper information is just as easy for them to share, and us
to respond with when necessary.

If you're afraid of having to support users who have tinkered and not
disclosed it, let's log such values non-mutably when found not at default.
We already ask for logs.

Hard coding is way overcompensating.
