[mythtv] Missing 0.24-fixes version/target on Trac tickets

Just submitted some final translations for 0.24 and noticed there is
no 0.24-fixes version/target for new tickets created in Trac. Could
one be added?

It's a shame this data is not created automatically (or as an option)
when a new branch is created.
