[mythtv] What is the latest trunk revision that compiles and runs on windows?

Sorry for the delay, r23787 builds fine for me (although I still seem
to have the title bar problem).

Also, can anybody do FF fine? It seems broken for me when I try >= 5x
FF.. Not sure if it's a mythtv thing or my setup.
