[mythtv] AlbumArt on PS3 for Recorded TV has never worked. Fix Attached

AlbumART for recorded TV has never worked in my history of using  
MythTV with the PS3.
PlayOn showed the way to go. It has been bugging me for a while, and I  
finally got around
to doing something about it.

Here is a patch against trunk (attached) that fixes this and also adds  
setting the
dc:date value (which makes for better presentation in PS3 info, plus  
shows up below the
title in PS3 browse).

I'm not much of a C++ guy, so forgive me if there are goobers.  
Compiles clean, works well
(also have a fix for 0.22-fixes branch if wanted). I also fixed up  
some double-escaping
along the way on item at id.

Note that this is not DLNA compliant - they expect "albumart" for  
videoitems to be
conveyed as an additional <res> containing the thumbnail, and they  
also desire that you
provide a JPEG_TN, but GetPreviewImage provides only PNG as far as I can tell.

Let me know if I broke protocol on updates. All I need now is a  
committer to get this
into trunk, or a person to give me committer privileges.
