[mythtv] what are the right frequency offsets?

I have chosen a somewhat smaller offsets in the end (125 kHz, 0) which
will hopefully not double the scanning time.

Well, since I had one negative and one positive report it was 50%
failure. I've let Daniel Prynych retest the new offsets and he's just
reported success so I'd like to ask you kindly to commit the
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/8303 to SVN including the 0.23-fixes.
