It automatically upgrades, just the same as the main mythtv code and
other plugins do.  The database change is minimal, BTW.  I extended
the location field from 64 to 128 in length.  However, the schema
version is bumped, so it probably won't like you much if you try to
use a too new schema version (never looked to be sure though).
