[mythtv] MythUI OSD branch and the way forward

I'm looking forward to this because it'll again permit me to turn
Closed Captioning on by default without it and other OSD elements
causing playback to stutter on my VDPAU setup.

Neat; this, I didn't know about. Is the plan to get rid of
mythtv-setup completely?
