Thank you heaps for your post (like most of your posts they are very
informative)
Will have a look at TMDb then...
Before I look at those existing scripts, my guess is that just like
with the IMDb perl or python script, they only inform only one
category in the metadata and do not use any of the genres (and you can
assign more than one genre per video)
That was one of the purpose of my original mail.
1-Find out exactly what would need to be done (e.g behaviour of
category vs genres)
2-If there was any use for that work...
You've answered 2) ... I haven't had any definitive answer for 1)
